How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you cancel a paid monthly account within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. After that, if you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?

If you change plan you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade later if you choose.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, our Pay as You go account does not require any payment details. For all our other accounts you will need an active PayPal account to be used for your subscription payments.

Are there any setup fees?

No, there are no setup fees for any of our accounts.

Is this a long term commitment?

There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan at anytime from your "My Account" page.

Do you offer discounts to charities?

Yes, we offer charities 25% discount off our listed package prices. Just signup for one of our plans then drop us an email with your Stubmatic username, chosen plan and registered charity number and we will provide you with details of how to activate your discount subscription.
