What can I do with a trial account?

Our trial account is designed to give you a taster of our service and allows you to publish up to 3 events. You can optionally upgrade to an alternative subscription plan once you have used up your 3 free events.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, our trial account does not require any payment details. For all our other accounts you will need an active PayPal account to be used for your subscription payments.

Are there any setup fees?

No, there are no setup fees for any of our accounts.

Is this a long term commitment?

There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan at anytime from your "My Account" page.

Do you offer discounts to charities?

Yes, we will provide you with our Basic account free of charge. Just signup for the trial plan, then drop us an email with your registered charity number. If the basic plan does not meet your requirements please contact us and we can put together a custom plan just for you.
